Baat Mann Ki offers online mental wellness consultations through chat, call, and video sessions with certified counselors and psychologists. These are instant sessions and considered digital services.
Instant Consultations:
Once an instant session has started, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be processed.
In case of no-show by the customer, the session will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Counselor did not join the session.
Technical issues from our end prevented the session.
Session was canceled by Baat Mann Ki.
Refund Process:
Users must raise a refund request within 24 hours after the session time by emailing contact@baatmannki.com with booking details.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
Completed sessions or partially attended sessions.
User dissatisfaction after consultation unless service failure is proven.
